To most of those who get the pleasure (or torture) of interacting with me personally, you are most familiar with my most recent obsession: Masterpiece Mystery’s Sherlock.
It is not your mother’s or even your grandmother’s Sherlock Holmes.
Definitely not.
Okay since I went AWOL for a while from the Blogosphere, I didn’t get the chance to say THANKS to Patricia for mentioning me on her blog.
Patricia is getting her master’s in Library Science and writes a blog about her interests: Steven Wiggins (her fiancee, whom she met/didn’t meet on a blind date–you can read that for yourself, actually ), pie, awesome books, her writing, mythical creatures (zombies, pirates, unicorns), not so mythical creatures (Science and Engineering majors, Cephalopods, and again, zombies, pirates and unicorns)…
You get the picture.
It’s a dynamic and entertaining blog and unlike me, Patricia is a bit more faithful to her slogan: “Updated every Tuesday and Friday WITHOUT fail.”
Oops. Yes. I should work on that.
At any rate, thanks for mentioning me, PLadd. And yes. I’m still alive.
Unless a zombie gets me.
So the side bar with all the books I will review has become very meaningless at this point. Sadly, haven’t been able to read a whole book for a while.
[cue collective gasp]
I know, it’s a crime against literature, but as soon as circumstances allow me to read a whole book again, I will. And then I’ll review it. This will probably be in Thanksgiving or the holidays…so the reviews will be discontinued until then.
Sit tight, though and keep reading for me!
p.s. Any book recommendations are most welcome.
p.p.s. I’ll keep passing tidbits about the book world along, though!
